One flat rate for the day: $3,000. Unlimited headcount, a full portable studio at your Los Angeles office, conference or event, one retouched image per person, and everything delivered in 24 hours. No per-person fee, no counting heads.
Per person is honest for eight people.
Not for eighty.
The photographer's day is the real cost; the headcount is just how it gets divided. At about 20 minutes per person with on-screen selection, one photographer shoots 20 to 25 people in a standard day. At event pace, with no selection on screen, 40 to 50. Somewhere around 25 people, per-person pricing stops making sense and a flat day rate is both cheaper and easier to approve.
Our Toronto pricing says this out loud: past 25 people the day rate always costs less. Los Angeles uses the same figure, $3,000 flat, excluding applicable sales tax; US clients are billed in USD, Canadian clients in CAD. Under 25 people it is per person: $175 (4 to 9 people), $150 (10 to 19), $125 (20 to 24), on the Los Angeles pricing list.
Offices
A floor or a department. Twenty-minute slots from a template your team books themselves, tethered review, and people are back at their desks inside half an hour. Century City, Downtown, the Westside, El Segundo, Burbank.

A headshot station at the venue. Faster cadence, no on-screen selection, 40 to 50 people over the day, and a sponsor logo on the signage if that is how it is being paid for. Venues like the LA Convention Center, the Anaheim Convention Center and hotel conferences in Santa Monica and Downtown.

Not in it
- Extra retouched images: $50 each
- Hair and makeup on site: not included; ask and we quote it
- A second address on the same day: that is a second day
- A second photographer: for very large rosters we quote it separately

Set up, shoot,
pack down, deliver.
We arrive and set up in a meeting room or against a plain wall. A 10 by 13 foot space and one power outlet is all it takes.
Twenty minutes each, back to back, from a template your team books themselves. Each person reviews on the tethered screen and picks their favorite before they leave. At event pace the slots shrink and the selection step is skipped.
Twenty minutes. The room is yours again.
A Google Drive link, one folder per person, web-sized and full-resolution versions of the retouched image plus every frame from their slot.
