Tech, media and the agencies.
Most of our Santa Monica work is a team that has grown past the point where mismatched photos look fine. Half the company has a photo taken against a white wall at a different job, a few people have nothing, and the leadership page shows it. We fix that in one visit: everyone photographed the same way, same light, same background, so the page reads as one company instead of eight.
We need about 10 by 13 feet and an outlet — a conference room with the table pushed aside, an empty office, the end of an open floor. Each person takes about 20 minutes, picks their favorite on the screen while we are still set up, and goes back to work. Twenty-five people or more and it stops being per-person: it is a flat $3,000 day rate for up to eight hours, however many people you send through. One Santa Monica-specific thing worth sorting before the day: parking. A visitor spot in your building's garage or a loading zone near the entrance makes the setup easy; without one we are carrying stands and a backdrop in from a structure several blocks away, which eats into the time we would rather spend photographing people. Your office in Santa Monica, Venice, Playa Vista, Marina del Rey or Brentwood, your home, or a space you have rented. We arrive 45 minutes early to set up.
Photos in 24 hours
You choose as we go. The retouched photos come on a Google Drive link within 24 hours, in web and full size, with every other frame from the session.
Just you, on the Westside.
Founders raising a round, consultants and lawyers whose photo is six years old, people who have just been promoted and now have a bio to fill. A Mini session is 20 minutes and one retouched image; most people book the Professional and get two looks out of it. We shoot at your office or at home, and the only thing we ask for is a wall we can work in front of and ten minutes of quiet.

We shoot commercial and theatrical looks in one session, light and retouch them so they match your self-tape, and deliver sized for Actors Access and Casting Networks. Plenty of actors live on the Westside and would rather not drive east for a shoot, so we come to you — though if you want the studio and the gear that stays there, the Hollywood page is where that session lives. We come to you anywhere in Santa Monica, Venice, Playa Vista, Marina del Rey and Brentwood. Teams of 4 to 24 pay per person, and from 25 people it's the day rate. Every price includes the full setup, about 20 minutes per person, one retouched photo each and delivery on Google Drive. Team bookings start at 4 people.

$3,000 for the day, up to 8 hours, and we photograph as many people as you send us. If you need a second day, it's the same rate.
Individual sessions, on location
Just you, at your office or at home. Mini $250: 20 minutes, 1 lighting setup, 1 retouched image. Professional $385: 45 minutes, 2 lighting setups, 2 retouched images. Executive $550: 2 hours, 3 lighting setups, 5 retouched images. You always get every other photo from the session as well.
