We set up at your office: backdrop, two lights, a tethered laptop. Your team rotates through in 20-minute slots and nobody leaves the building. Per person for small teams; past about 25 people, one flat day rate.

LinkedIn & personal brand

An on-location session for one person who needs a current, well-lit profile photo. Twenty minutes, on-screen selection, the retouched image the next day. We come to your office or home.

We come to you

We arrive about 45 minutes before the first slot with the full portable studio. A meeting room, a lobby corner or a plain wall is enough.

Images in 24 hours

Each person picks their favorite on the tethered screen before they leave. Retouched images arrive by Google Drive link within 24 hours, organized by person, web and full-resolution versions.

We come to you anywhere in Los Angeles County. Per-person rates for small teams, one flat day rate for everyone else; past 25 people the day rate always costs less. Every rate includes the full portable studio, ~20 minutes per person, 1 retouched image per person, and Google Drive delivery. Minimum 4 people for a team booking.

Individual sessions, on location

One person, at your office or home. Mini $250: 20 minutes, 1 lighting setup, 1 retouched image. Professional $385: 45 minutes, 2 lighting setups, 2 retouched images. Executive $550: 2 hours, 3 lighting setups, 5 retouched images. All digitals from the session are always included.

Our photographer is based on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, so the South Bay, the beach cities and Torrance are closest, but Hollywood, Downtown, the Westside, Burbank and Pasadena are all regular ground. Orange County and beyond by arrangement.
No walk-in studio in LA. Every Los Angeles session is on location: your office, your conference venue, your home, or a space we arrange with you. The portable setup is the same one we use for office shoots in Toronto, so the results match.
Same company, same process, a different photographer. SpeedyHeadshots is a Toronto headshot studio; in Los Angeles the sessions are shot by our LA photographer, to the same brief and the same delivery standard. Enquiries and calls for both cities go to the same inbox and the same number.
Yes. Los Angeles sessions are priced in USD and Toronto sessions in CAD, at the same figures: individual sessions from $250, teams from $125 per person, and a $3,000 flat day rate for 25 or more people. All prices exclude applicable sales tax.

Retouched images are delivered within 24 hours of the session by Google Drive link, organized by person, in web-sized and full-resolution versions. That is the standard on every session, not a rush option.
