We bring the studio to your office.
We set up lights and a backdrop at your office and photograph the team one by one, so everyone matches, whether there are four of you or four hundred. People see their photos on a screen as we go, and the retouched files come back within 24 hours. It starts at $125 a person, or $3,000 for the whole day.

How a team day works.

A week before
We send you a one-page note on what to wear, a sign-up sheet with a slot for each person, and what we need from the room. Any meeting room with a free wall is fine.

Set-up, 45 minutes
We bring a backdrop, three lights and a laptop that's connected to the camera. We get there early, so we're packed away and ready before the first person shows up.

On the day
Everyone gets about twenty minutes. We tell them how to stand, try a few looks, and they pick a favourite on the screen before going back to their desk. Executives can have a longer slot.

Next day
The retouched photos arrive on a Google Drive link, in web and full size, named by person. We can also make a private gallery page for the company if you'd like one.

All of these include travel within Toronto or Los Angeles, the full setup, one retouched photo per person and every other frame we shoot. Prices are before tax. If you have more people than fit in a day, a second day is the same flat rate. Full pricing and headcount calculator
Just you? Come to the studio.
For a new job, a LinkedIn update, or someone who missed the team day. Book a session at the studio in Cabbagetown, Toronto, or in Hollywood, and you'll have the retouched photo the next day.
